• complete summerhouse in a kit including roofing paper, floor, assembly materials and assembly guide
• untreated softwood
• wall: 70mm logs with triple groove and chalet corner chamfer
• floor: 28mm planks with treated 60 x 60mm and 60 x 113mm bearers (insulation possible, arranged by customer)
• invisible windbracing
• tilt-and-turn windows and doors in Glulam with insulated glass and concealed framed including rubber seal and and aluminum drop nose(windows)
• 3 kits:
  - basic kit: 28 mm (Albany ja Portland 19 mm) roofplanks and roofing paper(shingle roof possible)
  - optional preparation for insulated roof with shingles:
  kit with 19mm roofplanks, lateral battens and second layer of planks(insulation arranged by customer)
  - optional preparation for insulated roof with roof tiles: kit with 19mm roofplanks, counterbattens and battens for roof tiles (insulaion arranged by customer). In case of optional roof covering, 28mm exchanged for 19 mm boards
• the overall heigths given and the details for enclosed space  relate to the basic kit
• floor ties (for bearers + posts) are not included in delivery set
